Last updated: January 1, 2025 Welcome to VOYO SPORTS, a modern platform designed to help athletes, coaches, and clubs manage and verify sports achievements, memberships, and profiles — all in one place. 🧍‍♂️ For Athletes 1. Create Your Profile Sign up as an athlete using your email address. Fill in your personal details: name, date of birth, sport, team, and position. Upload a profile photo and add your basic info (bio, height, weight, sporting history). 2. Add Results and Achievements Go to “My Results” → “Add New Result”. Enter event name, location, and date, and upload proof (photo or document). Choose your coach or club for verification. Each submission is marked as “Pending” until your coach approves it. 3. Verification Process Once your coach approves the result, it becomes “Verified.” Verified results are automatically displayed on your public profile. 4. Profile Membership & Payments Stripe payments allow you to upgrade your profile for additional visibility or export features (PDF résumé, video tools, etc.). Payments are secure and processed through Stripe Checkout. You can cancel or update your plan at any time through your account dashboard. 🧑‍🏫 For Coaches 1. Verification Dashboard Log in to access the Coach Dashboard. You will see a list of results submitted by your athletes that are marked as “Pending.” 2. Approve or Reject Results Click “Approve” if the result is accurate, or “Reject” if it is not valid. Approved results automatically appear on the athlete’s public profile. You can view previous decisions in Verification History. 3. Edit Your Profile Update your own coach profile with your team, experience, and certifications. Add links to your social media or club website for extra credibility. 🏟️ For Clubs 1. Club Dashboard View and manage all trainers and athletes linked to your club. Add new coaches or athletes via the Add Trainer and Add Athlete options. Each new account is automatically linked to your club. 2. Manage Club Profile Edit your club details (name, address, email, website, logo). Keep contact information up to date for better visibility and verification. 3. Subscription & Billing Clubs can upgrade to premium plans for extended profile visibility, analytics, and video showcases. Billing is handled securely through Stripe under the club’s account. ⚙️ Technical Notes Supported browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge (latest versions). Recommended image formats: JPG, PNG, or WEBP (up to 2 MB). Payments and billing information are handled exclusively by Stripe, in compliance with U.S. and EU data standards.
