Service Description VOYO SPORTS provides online tools for athletes, coaches, and clubs to create profiles, verify results, and manage memberships, including paid subscriptions via Stripe. 3. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old. If under 18, you may use the site only with parental consent. 4. User Accounts You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized access. 5. Payments and Refunds Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a membership or subscription, you agree to recurring billing terms (if applicable). Refund requests will be handled in accordance with our refund policy or Stripe’s dispute process. 6. User Content and Conduct You may upload only lawful, accurate, and original content (e.g., results, photos). VOYO SPORTS reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. 7. Intellectual Property All site materials (logo, layout, design, etc.) belong to VOYO SPORTS. You retain rights to your uploaded content but grant VOYO SPORTS a non-exclusive license to display it. 8. Limitation of Liability VOYO SPORTS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or revenue. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. 9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms or misuse of the platform. 10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. 11.
